The Dubuque Police Crisis Intervention Team (CIT), which began as a part-time initiative in 2020 and became full-time in 2023, has made a significant impact on the tri-state area.

Since summer 2023, the CIT has worked closely with the Dubuque Rescue Mission and its local partners, helping individuals in need by connecting them to critical services, such as inpatient rehabilitation and medical units for those experiencing brain health emergencies. The team’s approach is centered on compassion, empathy, and collaboration with community partners to provide the best support possible.

The CIT team, has profoundly impacted the lives of those they serve, offering a human connection that helps individuals rise above their struggles and achieve a better quality of life. Their work demonstrates the power of understanding and the belief that everyone has value, no matter their circumstances.

Michael Armstrong, long time Dubuque Rotarian, will share his personal journey.

New Member Orientation will be reviewed.  The orientation will be presented over 3 classes within the first 4 months of membership. The training will cover everything from A-Z that a new member needs to know to help them understand what Rotary is and what we are about.

Susan will be talking about this year's festival (#15!), how it's grown, the national and international awards and recognition it has received, its plans for expansion, and how people can get involved and/or attend.

Allie, Mason, & Caleb will talk about the TH young audience news and innovation program, where they produce content designed for a younger audience (25-40) using short-form video on social media platforms. They'll also discuss the growth they've achieved, information gathering through local partnerships, and what they've learned about their audience the content they prefer.

Mike Doyle was sworn in as President of Loras College in October 2025.  Update on his presidency and what is happening on Loras Campus.

Rick will discuss how the grant funds by Rotary were used within their organization.

Jessica Schlader, Executive Director and Natalie Finley, Marketing & Development Director of Opening Doors will give an update on all that is going on at Opening Doors.
